Table of Things is basically a setup of “things”- trinkets, devotional objects, magic objects, figurines, special found objects, writings, flyers, drawings, photos, candles, incense, candy etc. It can be read as a map, a diorama, a frozen choreography, a type of chess board, a narrative or a yard sale. It has much in common with Cabinets of Wonder, where oddities and astonishing natural phenomena are kept as a private reminder that the world we exist in is way beyond our control. Where it differs from cabinets of wonder is that Table of Things considers the interrelation of all the objects on the table to be the actual "item" or force to behold.

Vast Arcade Los Angeles is an extrapolation on this idea. More about it can be read here.
